Finger, Hands & Feet Tattoo Info/ Disclaimer
Finger Tattoos:
When getting a tattoo on the fingers, it’s important to know the risks. It also requires more maintenance and care during the healing process.
Due to the nature of the skin on the fingers especially the inside/ sides of the fingers, they don’t always tend to heal well. They can blow out and/ or come out. In some cases most of the tattoo comes out. Of course everyones skin and how they heal is different and taking care during the healing can help.
Please see T&C at the bottom of this page.
Maintenance/ care: during the 2-3 weeks post tattoo
Avoid the following;
dishes - hand wash or dishwasher stacking
disposable gloves
Sweating/ clampy hands
harsh chemicals
vigorous hand washing
Things like dust, fur, paint, etc
Gardening
Getting your nails done
Basically anything that goes without saying, using your hands in anyway that could compromise the healing of the tattoo. Taking extra caution and care as much as you can will be your best chance at well healed finger tatts

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A lot of Tattoo Artists refuse to do finger tattoos as they understandably can’t be bothered with the fussiness of them. However as long as clients are fully aware of all there is to know and are still wanting to proceed then I am happy to do them.
Due to the nature of the skin in these areas of the body, tattoos don’t tend to heal too well- especially on the fingers, even more so on the inside/ sides of the fingers and the palms. When getting tattoos in these areas they can often blow out and/ or fade, appearing patchy once healed. In many cases bits of the tattoo can come out and in rare but possible cases almost all of the tattoo can come out.
Everyone’s skin responds differently, it depends on many factors such as; the job you have, your skins condition and even the type of tattoo you get in these areas. Certain needle applications and tattoo styles are less impactful than others.
Finger, Hand and Feet Tattoos almost always require touch ups. For these areas my terms include clients paying in full for any touch ups. The cost either being my studio minimum $180 or more depending on the size. If you only require a very small touch up and are booking in for another tattoo already, as long as the finger tattoos are fully healed allowing at least 3-4 weeks for fingers, then I can offer a free touch up (must be agreed upon prior to your booking)
By proceeding with a Finger, Hand or Foot Tattoo it means understanding and agreeing to my terms and conditions. It is clients responsibility if they choose to proceed
